LOW IMPACT TRAINING

LIT = Low Impact Training

A mat pilates inspired workout emphasising mobility, glute and deep core activation, and the use of movements that are enjoyable and manageable for all fitness levels (and backs).
LIT is a fun and supportive small group environment of a maximum of 5 ladies.

Expect to get your heart rate up, build toned, leaned muscles and leave feeling energised all while working at an intensity that suit you.  

 

 

PRICE OPTIONS

$14 PER CLASS                          

Classes are booked through me and paid for the Friday before the session.

No contracts or joining fees.
