LIT = Low Impact Training
A mat pilates inspired workout emphasising mobility, glute and deep core activation, and the use of movements that are enjoyable and manageable for all fitness levels (and backs). LIT is a fun and supportive small group environment of a maximum of 5 ladies.
Expect to get your heart rate up, build toned, leaned muscles and leave feeling energised all while working at an intensity that suit you.

Classes are booked through me and paid for the Friday before the session.
